Coaching sessions can be done In person,  Video-conference, or telephone sessions  at the convenience and comfort of the client.

Trained in coaching by globally recognized CoachDiversity Institute (CDI) and Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).  The Crews Coach is experienced and educated in Diversity & Inclusion,  Organizational Leadership, Change Management, and Human Resources for both the US Military and corporate entities. These lessons of experience enable her to design & deliver people solutions that produce measurable change.
